Arab Women's Summit organised by London Arabia Organisation

On the 27th, there was a Welcoming Reception at the House of Commons, where a group of pioneering Arab women gathered ahead of the inaugural Arab Women’s Summit organised by the London Arabia Organisation.

 

A Gala Dinner was held on the 28th at the Jumeirah Carlton Towers to honour trailblazing women for their remarkable achievements.

 

On the 29th, the inaugural Arab Women’s Summit was held at Lancaster House. During the event, Sheikha Mozah gave a speech where she shared insights on innovation in the Arab world, exploring possibilities and opportunities across industries. Her speech also discussed avenues for Western businesses to be able to venture into this dynamic market.

 

During the summit, Sheikha Mozah had the privilege of meeting with several notable figures, including The Rt Hon Theresa May MP, Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Lord Ahmad of Wimbledon, Prime Minister’s Special Representative for Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict and Minister of State (Middle East, North Africa, South Asia, United Nations and the Commonwealth), as well as Flick Drummond, MP, Co-Chair of the Women and Work APPG and Member of Parliament for Meon Valley.
